Enjoying this more now. Still feels like it should have been followed up with a rocker or maybe even been the first song on the album.

I love this song even more, since knowing it's literally about hospitals and doctor / patient interaction - how weirdly beautiful; well done Stone

the near-polyrhythm Matt is playing on his bass drum in the instrumental break makes me wonder if it would work to play the bodhran with this song - it's essentially a jig; I'm going to try it

I still read it as about matricide/patricide.
Yes I do need to see a shrink, thank you.

I like this better than Parachutes. It's perfect on this album and Josh captured it beautifully.

Parachutes is a five star somg though, certainly better than several Gigaton songs.

Buckle Up is still my favorite Gigaton song. Truly excellent.

I love Parachutes as well which is why I mentioned it. Buckle Up is as good or better than Parachutes and Thin Air. That is saying something.

Yeah I dunno. I LOVE "Buckle Up" but I don't think it reaches "Parachutes" tier. Just below it.

that is true, I just felt that "Parachutes is a 5 star song though" was a weird thing to say, cos my reaction isn't "shit you're right, I forgot" lol
