Watch the NYG situation. They are probably bringing someone in to fuck all the Wilson owners .McGahee, Benie Wells, Torain, Brandon Jacobs.
Be really surprised if they did that. Coughlin said these are the guys they decided to role with and Wilson is talented. Just has to use two hands and he's good to go.

i think mike wallace complained about not getting the ball enough if the first game, so they might wind up forcing it to him in this next one, but i dont know if that helps make the decision

yeah, saw that too. Or, Indy suffocates him.
Boldin would normally be a landslide this week for me, but playing Seattle in Seattle makes it tough. Think Sherman might shut him down

It was painful to have Boldin on my bench Sunday, and now he'll still be on my bench. :gomez:

I took the top in 2 leagues. Crushed my wife in our matchup by 40. She isn't happy.

My league knows I need RBs, particularly with Vereen out until November. I've been offered Welker & Gio Bernard for AJ Green. Going to see what else is out there though.

you will need to see if bernard can so any better then his first week before pulling the trigger on that one, you can probably get anyone off waivers to get you 22 yards, ronnie brown will probably do that every week at least, and might get the chance to vulture some TDs

I'd only be willing to give up AJ for a top shelf RB. I'm high on Gio but not that high. Right now my starting backfield is Trent Richardson...and Mark Ingram. My preseason move of dropping Vick Ballard for Christine Michael isn't looking as good.
I do have WR/TE to shop with J. Jones, S. Johnson, J. Cook and J. Cameron. Outside of AJ I'm more excited about my TEs than my WRs. There is no differential between the two in my league.

if you dont have a flex spot that lets you start a TE, then see if you can get a serviceable #2 RB for one of the TEs to use until Vereen is back, and keep AJ for sure unless you get a ridiculous deal for him

I doubt you're going to get a top shelf RB for Green. Maybe an Eddie Lacy or a Darren Sproles level of back.
A. RB's are way more valuable, especially this year
B. everyone will see you're desperate.

Giovanni ran circles around BGE and it will only be a matter of time. Welker/Gio isn't that bad but I would try to shop around a TE. The Double edged sword is that every tight end was Jimmy Graham last week. So its a good time to sell high but most people probably had one of those tight ends and might not be looking.

Just traded Mike Williams for Jermichael Finley. Really happy about this seeing how Finley is in his contract year.

Yea, I got Finley. Now just need him to produce.

If not, I have Olson on the bench waiting for his chance to shine!

Thoughts on Witten? Worth having, or worth trading? Overly popular, but seems like he never actually produces much, but a constant 5-7 points per game and the occasional 10+ performance. Romo doesn't necessarily instill confidence in me
