Royal Rumble, Elimnation Chamber amd Wrestlemania is my favorite wrestling period of the year. But I just completely fell off WWE last fall.

Raw has improved since the fall, but that’s about it.

I'm swinging back in for WrestleMania more out of nostalgia at this point. I didn't even bother watching the Rumble, and that's easily my favourite PPV. I'm actually actively dreading WM a bit - too many hours of wrasslin'.

I went to smackdown on Friday and was so bored by it that we left before the finish

Honestly, when I watch WWE these days it just pales in comparison to AEW. Even the wrestlemania hype doesn’t do the trick anymore when you know that there isn’t a chance it’s close to as good as the PPVs AEW puts on.

That’s not to say that RAW hasn’t significantly improved since Heyman took charge of it, or that NXT isn’t a good weekly show. It’s just that AEW is blowing them out of the water in terms of creative and character development.

Surely they have to cancel Wrestlemania, right?

Maybe they could at least cut it back to 7 or 8 hours.

Haven’t really followed AEW either. But I do hear good things.

That Undertaker/AJ match was one of the most embarrassing things I've ever seen.

Really awful. A worse main event than Sid/Hogan.

I thought the AJ/Undertaker thing was great considering the circumstances.

I thought it was pretty good too, im struggling with the empty arena stuff, so having all the production and background music and stuff really helped that match. Also who wants to see taker vs aj in a regular match, would have been terrible.

I havent been following much lately, so why was the ladder match not both members of the teams?

If anyone could have dragged Taker to a good match it would have been AJ.

That match was just really not my style. I'm not a fan of the cheesy camera angles, sound effects, and music.

I did enjoy the Daniel Bryan vs Sami Zayn match, but I didn't watch the rest. The empty arena thing is no good.

The Miz showed up to the tapings sick and didn’t tell anyone at first. This caused the match to be changed, and was the primary reason Reigns pulled out, according to the sheets.

Holy crap, I loved Taker/AJ. WWE will now overdo these types of matches, but that was the first time I've felt that much pure joy over a wrestling match since maybe HBK/Taker at WM25.
