So are they
No confusion.
Three tracks from their rehearsal dated August 5 1991.
Two improvs.
Wash and a snippet of some Jeremy riffs.
Wash is interesting because they break down the bridge and outro and talk about how many times to play through it.
I definitely don’t have those.
Just: it’s okay, faithfull, last exit riffs, and...can’t remember the last one.
This poster legit posted them on Facebook for about thirty minutes. I do believe I downloaded them or at least have the link still up on my computer. I can deal with the tomorrow maybe or not

Wait? We had a 2011 mustache contest?! And I won?
Was I the only participant?

The date on this recording is the most interesting thing.
Matt Chamberlain's last show with the band was 3 August 1991, Dave Abbruzzese's first show was 23 August 1991. No shows were played inbetween.
Is this a recording of Dave's first rehearsal with the band? If so, I can see why this may have been chosen as a particularly interesting recording to leak.

Also, how's this chatter after the opening improv!
The band reveal so little of their internal dynamics, this kind of stuff feels both voyeuristic and bizarrely captivating.
(Poor Mike.)
Stone: so, Wash?
Ed: Does McCready know we’re playing?
Stone: It doesn’t really...I think today will be good maybe without McCready, unless you want to call him.
Jeff: I bought some the other night and guilt made me not eat them, I bought some peanut M&Ms.
Stone: The guilt these days.
Jeff: It’s the only way I can fucking - candy, is like, my worst thing. I just have to not eat it at all...
Stone: … or else.

Okay, now I want to hear these. If only because I love Jeff even more now for having a sweet tooth.
