It ain’t fried, but the plate full of lady fingers they’re eating in the Singapore episode of Parts Unknown looks pretty good. Okra sautéed in Sambal.

Wall Street Journal really just ran a story that grocery stores are out of lots of things, obviously, but there is still plenty of okra :haha:
