Here’s my hot take now that this has set in:
These people are all human garbage and if any of this is putting money into the pockets of any of these people we should all be ashamed. The cats are basically treated as an afterthought in this whole thing, and while I get that it’s not necessarily meant to be a vehicle to champion animal rights or anything, all of this drama and “entertainment” comes at the expense of these animals.

I don't think so. If it were just another mopey animal abuse doc, no one would watch it. I think it's clear that these people are scum and shouldn't be owning animals. They just don't hit you over the head with it. They've reached more people going this route than focusing on the animals.

2 episodes in, wild stuff, have not read this thread yet. Not much about Joe’s meth use yet...

Anyway - How fkn lucky is this producer that he started filming 5 years ago for a show about the crazy tiger guy and then it turns into a murder mystery right there in front of his eyes. Amazing.
