if I am truly honest this may be my second favorite song on this album

I've gone from SBWM's release and thinking, "I like this fine, but I hope it's in the worst-third of the album..."

...to getting Gigaton and thinking, "I can't believe how good this album is, SBWM really is in the bottom third..."

...to, "Wait a second, Gigaton is really good and SBWM is one of the reasons why."

I feel almost exactly the same. Though, I did not like this song at all for a week or two after it was released. I now look forward to hearing it after WES finishes. Works so much better for me as an album track than it did as a stand alone single.

The Eddie rockers have been the biggest surprise on this album for me. If someone with clairvoyant powers had told me two months ago that I'd be more into the three EV-penned garage rockers than the Ament-penned slow jam with the kalimba, I would not have believed it.

yeah, when this dropped as a single i felt it was a better version of some songs they did on BS or LB. Better produced, with a few cool things here and there....now, im actually so happy to hear it on the context of the album. It went from yeah, fine to fuuuck yes!!! in less than a month.

It really kicks ass.

I can handle you hating SBWM. I get that. I cannot and will not abide Even Flow BELOW it.

At least you spelled Gods' Dice correctly.

While I’ve see some live versions that rip, I think the studio version of Even Flow is a slog

I’ve listened once. I’m a bit befuddled, but the last minute or two had me fucking grooving. This is a confusing song, and my gut says that’s actually a very good sign for Gigaton. I don’t want to hear PJ do something they’ve done before. We’ve had that forever. This sounds different. It’s kinda dirty. I love some of the guitar tones in the riff. I’m really uncertain how I will feel about this song in another month or two. Hell, I’m interested to know what it will sound like on second listen. Here goes...

Third time’s the charm. This song is groovy. I’m stoked for Gigaton, it feels like it could go anywhere. That’s an incredibly fun and renewed spirit I haven’t felt about PJ in about 15 years. This is fun again.

Fourth time confirmed. This is one that a lot of you guys will come around on I think.

I'm with ya...this song is pretty damn good...and light years better than the paint-by-numbers rock/punk throwaway songs from the last couple albums

This applies to me too. It sounds rough, awkward and tedious on initial listens but it has the charm of a yappy cute dog now.

[7 Years and Maybe Longer]

My two kids (8 and 5) looooove this song. It's a nightly occurrence of them dancing/jumping to it's infectious energy. This is the first song of PJs that they are obsessed with. In fact, last night I was like "superblood wolfmoon is super fun but listen to this..." Played Corduroy - they both were like "eh its OK...play WOLFMOON"!

my kids are liking it too. Both will be sitting around or doing whatever they're doing and I hear them quietly singing "superblood wolfmoon". They've never given a shit about PJ before, so this is kinda nice.

My little kids are loving this one as well. They love jumping on the bed dancing to this one and singing "superblood wolfmoon took her 'way too soon"
