I really wish there was a little more going on in the middle; I love the verses, and then I love the "much to be done" outro, but it wanders in the middle

I can't get enough of this song. When I go to listen to the album on my ipod, I always seem to play this one first, then start the album all the way through...

Forgot I wrote this, but I literally only meant that both have long, conversational verses that blossom into bombastic, orchestral choruses, then lift off the ground completely in a cathartic final stretch.

Nothing As it Seems is a good song, but it doesn’t do any of that.

The synth line in 7 O'Clock's chorus immediately evoked what I felt was a similar line in the chorus of Comfortably Numb.

I thought it was a nice emotionally resonant thing to add to the conversation about this song; I know they care about the cause(s) of frontline workers, and "much to be done" carries a bit of that

You posted this a while ago, and I agreed with it in general, but wouldn't have known how to explain. This description nails it.

I'm really enjoying this track. I love the unique chorus method, no repetition. Musically, it's pretty fucking nice.

If you go just off of the YouTube views (the end-all be-all, I know), this is the track that's getting the most daily plays since the album came out. I think it's the most popular track across the fanbase.

I too find myself most looking forward to this one now. I think this has grown on me the most. Top shelf song, really. One of their best in a long, long time. I am not even sure if there's another song in their catalogue that this can be compared with. This whole part is epic, hair raising stuff:
