All 2020 ticket holders who purchased tickets through Front Gate Tickets have the following 2 options available:

1) KEEP YOUR TICKETS AND USE THEM FOR THE RESCHEDULED 2021 DATES (NO ACTION REQUIRED)

For those who purchased with a LAYAWAY PLAN - We understand that times are tough, so we've paused all upcoming layaway payments for current ticketholders until 3/15/2021. The new schedule for remaining payments is listed below:

25% due on 3/15/21
25% due on 5/17/21
25% due on 7/14/21
2) Request a refund via your Front Gate Tickets account by following the instruction below:

a. Visit this site and log into your Front Gate Tickets account

b. Select order history under the "Your Account" tab on the top navigation bar

c. Select "View Order Detail" on the order number you wish to have refunded

d. Click the "Request Refund" button on the top of your order details.



All refund requests MUST be done by 7/22/20 at 11:59pm PST. All refunds will be processed in as little as 30 days from when the request period ends. If passes were purchased through a secondary/resale website, ticket holders will need to reach out to their original point of purchase for options.
