I wasnt really that serious when I said that. A 4 or 5 song pre-set is just a pipe dream I have.

Maybe. They were doing that "campfire mode" thing in the first encore a few tours ago that everyone loved.

thats different than an acoustic preset though. i kinda hope they start doing slower encores so they play more songs that are usually only main set openers.

In all likelihood a bunch of the shows without openers will probably get a one or two song pre-set from EV.

I didn't like Courage but I loved Van Occupanther. The new single, with the new singer, might interest you slightly more. It's a bit more prog rock than folk.

Yeah, I feel like they are a very hit or miss band. I know people who love them and vice versa. If not your cup of tea, you won't miss much live...that is, unless you have GA seats. I can imagine Ed coming out on stage with them... seems to be more in his folky vibe.
