FWIW, I did start the book and got to about page 100. LOVED what I read. But like many things, book reading has fallen by the wayside to fatherhood...

I know Breaking Bad gets most of the credit for being the best, or one of the best, TV shows of all time, but I remember enjoying Mad Men more at the time. It's kind of gotten lost. Is that due to it being more of a period drama? Behind the scenes nonsense with Weiner?
