Also potatoes. But I think we're doing some kind of sausage with them? And greens.

Made our own pizzas last night from scratch using a 2 1/2 hour rise dough. It was unbelievably good (but we had a mishap with the flour and a the bag falling on the floor - so that sucked).

nice

the pre-made terra nova pizza dough distributed through whole foods has become a staple for me

just managed to find a delivery window and requested six

last one did evoo, mushrooms, and a tiny sprinkle of cheese

so easy to mix it up

have some leftover meatballs and planning to shave those thin and use on the next one... maybe add some very thin sliced onions

Chicken meatballs with gravy and zucchini noodles. I put some spinach in the meatballs but I just did a rough chop on it. Looks like I should’ve done a finer chop.

I improvised some bomb-ass chicken wings

Image

Marinated with lime juice, garlic, dijon mustard, honey and cayenne pepper, cooked in the oven, then breaded with a spice blend and fried. Finally, slathered in a sauce that is a mix of butter, BBQ sauce, and Pain is Good Jamaican Style hot sauce. I'm really proud of how these turned out

i did a spaghetti with cooked fresh baby roma tomatoes with basil, garlic, splash of rosé, and olive oil

the tomatoes were super ripe. threw them in the oil almost whole with garlic whole and let nature do the rest

parmigiano reggiano and black pepper to finish
