Run by myself, like always
you've been training for virtual races all your life
Do you get a virtual medal?

It’s a horrific thought when you believe you have given all you have to give yet realize you need to find more!

There’s a distinct difference between champions and the other greats. A lot of times it comes down to one simple thing. It comes down to the person who is willing to hold on one second longer, throw that last punch in the fight, extend their last stride, etc. In many situations in life, all you have to be able to do is JUST ONE MORE.

The hard part about all of this is to have the mindset to push beyond your own limitations. When you are physically and mentally exhausted, your ability to think straight is out the door! In that moment, most people are just thinking about quitting or merely surviving.

By understanding what fatigue feels like, it enables us to gain the advantage. A true champion has experienced fatigue many times and yet always finds what they still haven’t given! When we are at our worst, we must always know we still have more to give! Stay hard!

Gonna have to be extra vigilant about ticks this year. Already pulled one off myself and two off the dog.

Thinking about picking up some Hoka flip flops to tool around in when my dogs are really barking after a long, slow run.

Just cut the heels and toes out of your old Hokas. Make your own.

What's left of a Hoka after you remove the heel?
