The Louisville therapy is on track for human trial in a few months. Just pray that modern medicine can come up with a way to keep this thing in check once it infects you.

Seems very reasonable despite not encouraging bleach injections

The World Health Organization warned Saturday that there is “no evidence” that people who have had COVID-19 and test positive for antibodies are protected from reinfection.

In a scientific brief seen by Reuters, the WHO warned governments against issuing “immunity passports” or “risk-free certificates” as part of a reopening strategy, adding that the practice could actually increase the risks of a second wave of the pandemic. “There is currently no evidence that people who have recovered from COVID-19 and have antibodies are protected from a second infection,” the brief said. A number of studies have found that those who recovered from the disease do have antibodies, but the WHO insists that some have very low levels of neutralizing antibodies in their blood but not enough to guarantee cellular immunity from a reinfection.

If we can't develop herd immunity it's game over. Also, It's pretty sad these fucks can't seem to figure out the basics months into this thing.

Federal government continues to try and create lethal healthcare supply shortages in states where the president wants to unseat democratic leaders.

staying inside all day and relying on government bailout money for more than a few months isn't sustainable

there isn't enough money and the food supply and everything else will break down

at some point just gotta grab your sack and face mother nature

The stay at home orders are too little too late at the current stage of the outbreak. The toothpaste is out of the tube. So many more people have already been infected that they weren't even aware of. The government failed. It's already over.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-heal ... SKCN2270RX

They started with the Marion Correctional Institution, which houses 2,500 prisoners in north central Ohio, many of them older with pre-existing health conditions. After testing 2,300 inmates for the coronavirus, they were shocked. Of the 2,028 who tested positive, close to 95% had no symptoms.
In four state prison systems — Arkansas, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia — 96% of 3,277 inmates who tested positive for the coronavirus were asymptomatic, according to interviews with officials and records reviewed by Reuters. That’s out of 4,693 tests that included results on symptoms.
The numbers are the latest evidence to suggest that people who are asymptomatic — contagious but not physically sick — may be driving the spread of the virus, not only in state prisons that house 1.3 million inmates across the country, but also in communities across the globe. The figures also reinforce questions over whether testing of just people suspected of being infected is actually capturing the spread of the virus.
