Re: Star Wars: Clone Wars
Choreography & animation on the duel was stellar, the ROTJ-style editing job of philosophical discussion/larger battle/lightsaber battle was a nice touch, Duel of the Fates themes were appreciated, Ahsoka's badassery was a thrill, Whitmer as Darth Prickle-pants was fantastic, and there were some iconic shots, as well. Also, Ray Park did the motion-capture for Maul during the duel.
I'm pretty pumped right now.

Good episode, interesting how it’s caught up the the ROTS timeline. I’ll have to rewatch it when CW is over.

Best episode in a long time of not ever.
Loved it. Maul is the best thing about the clone wars.

Interesting idea...almost works!
Wife & I were speculating about her role in The Mandalorian yesterday, and she'd have to be late-Fifties, early-Sixties by that point, no?

Technically, she's not deflecting that. There is a HUGE delay between blue bolt and her move to "deflect."dimejinky99 wrote:Oh fuuuuck

Yeah she'll be an older, wise Jedi, but if I'm not mistaken, her species averages life into the nineties according to wookieepediaoneway23 wrote:

I mean, maybe if the lightsaber can absorb a blaster bolt and then release it later upon command. She moves a solid second after you see the bolt go through the frame.oneway23 wrote:Deflect & redirect?B wrote: Technically, she's not deflecting that.
