I guess these are just our regular club meetings. Showing attendance, taking a roll of who's present, discussions and minutes. All that wanky shit that clubs do to, you know, feel like a club.

The lines are blurred on this one. Use your own best judgement. The rules in this group are quite flimsy anyway.
