How do you guys interpret that line ? Hangman in dreamland ...

Re: Seven O'Clock
Mickey famously debated punkdavid about the Tarot back in the old board here, that's what Spike is referencing.
But I'm here to talk about how "Seven O'Clock" is one of the Gigaton songs that I still want to listen to; there is something very nice and mid-80s new wavey about the chorus.

Im not on the 'hangman in dreamland is an awesome lyric' wagon but i still think this song is among the greats, not just limited to PJ greats.

Re: Seven O'Clock
I'd talk Tarot with Mickey as long as he'd let our readings / interpretations / systems co-exist; the thing about Tarot is that it's a "more is more" type of divination, so the more things said the better; when I do readings I write "reports" of a few pages for people, it's nice having something tactile to keep going back to

The reason I didn't think it was going anywhere was because Harmless had already settled into "that's cool," and Mickey barely ever comes into PJ Chat anymore to pick up on that threadspike wrote:we'll see. if anyone can still whip this up into a frenzy, it's mickey.

This one took another big leap on my listen this morning and I already had it as best song on Gigaton. Pearl Jam met the moment.

PHATJ how often do you start your day with this song precisely at 7am?

For me this is the "Thumbing My Way" of Gigaton. I respect it more than I like it. I won't skip it because it feels like the thematic, spiritual center of the album, but I'll never seek it out either.
