gigaton is the only record i would compare to no code. not really in terms of enjoyment as much as just being all over the place.

i'm also glad people remember how incredible hearing 'in my tree' was in 1996. i still love it now, but when it first came out, holy shit....

There needs to be a punk song, an anthem, a midtempo song, a ballad, a single weird song... They can't wait 7 years and then have an album full of Buckle Ups. (I don't even think they or more than 1% of the Pearl Jam fan community would even want such a thing, that's only me and some other people on theskyiscrape)

Releasing albums more often would enable them to be more creative and not make their albums so much by the numbers I think. There wouldn't be so many expectations then.
