i made a cheesesteak two nights ago

improvised with cheddar and mozzarella

had sautéed onions and orange peppers

was delish

i like a smear of mayo on my roll too to go for the deathblow

If you like the kettle style that are a little more cooked, look for Grandma Utz. They are better than cape cod
