This is incorrect. Norbert Leo Butz is brilliant.

I watched the first episode of The Leftovers. This seems right in my wheelhouse.

Yea, the show got better as it went on. If I were to watch one HBO series over again, I think it would be this one. Lots going on.

Finished season 3 the other day. This is another series that just gets better as it moves along. Incredible show.

Started and finished five episodes last night. It felt a little uneven, but I still enjoyed it. Glad it gets even better.

Upload, on Amazon Prime.

Seems like it could be cool, but they whiffed hard on casting the main dude. Black hole of comedy and charisma in episode 1. Which is unfortunate, because the girl who plays his "angel"/love interest is awesome. It makes her interest in him come off as random and weird.

Daniels plugged this a few weeks back on an ep of the Office Ladies podcast and I was SUPER interested and excited. Then I saw the trailer and ... yikes. I want good things for it. But it looks terrible.

We actually got through two episodes last night (thanks hangover!) and it gets much better. They have a lot of fun with the interface between worlds. It's not prestige TV but honestly who has the energy for that anymore
