DOTC at #3 is the only thing everyone agrees with. is it weird the biggest consensus is for the new album?

It is a bit strange how few votes Gigaton has gotten in this tournament. This is the closest it has been to winning yet.

I think that's because people were waiting for the 3 spot for dance (maybe not?). If that had come up earlier with more songs in play I think it still would have done well.

It may also be that Gigaton hasn't been around long enough to have songs be anyone's favorite.

When this is done I want to run something similar where it is just best song in each track spot (with 12 being everything that is left) to see how it compares to this one (no album restrictions, though that has been a fun wrinkle)

Yes, and for me, it's not even close. DotC isn't anywhere close to my favorite track off of Gigaton. Top half maybe, but nowhere near my favorite.
For me: Seven O'clock, followed by Who Ever Said, then QE, SBWM, Never D, Retro, then maybe Dance?
Don't get me wrong, I really like DotC and loved it when it was released as the single - but I just like other songs more...
