The weight I've lost is probably muscle, not fat. I bet that's why my times suck.

16,000 registered. They were expecting 200. Lots of tech issues with the tracker form and spreadsheet (16,000 people accessing a Google Doc...lol).

I'm in 3,581st place as of this morning.

Thought the knee was healed. Tried to run for the first time in 10 days. Didn't make a full mile.

it started raining outside so i decided to walk around my house...i started running some and was way less tired than when i run outside...i do not understand.

I'm going mostly hills for the last two weeks and really enjoying it. Combing running with yoga and the yoga is making me a much stronger runner.

worked in some running today and i didn’t die...though it was a lot of run a short distance, walk a lot more, run some again and so on
