Takeout from Cuba Cuba. Pulled pork sliders, cubano, empanadas, plantains, jalapeño slaw.

Not so much a diet as just trying to start eating better. I would like to work my way toward the Mediterranean diet, but Mrs Wease’s tastes will never let me go all the way.

i have this really great Mediterranean cookbook from America's Test Kitchen. I cook from it a lot. One thing that I quickly realized is that that diet can get pretty expensive. But it's super healthy (very little meat, and lots of beans, fish, legumes, and vegetables).
