Almost everything on S/T and Backspacer. And "Pendulum" for sure.
I don't know that all of these are always performed better live (most of the S/T ones were for sure, in 2006), but a lot of them benefit from being taken out of their album context -- where they are required to be sustained by songs of similar quality -- and propped up by other PJ catalog pillars.
"Pendulum" doesn't do much for me as track 7 in the middle of a crappy album, but it works perfectly as concert entrance music, not unlike that Philip Glass piece they use.
