Same. But it's still my favorite of the PT.
Im not sure...ROTS always had that spot i guess. But Attack...was such a relief back in the day, because it had the elements i wanted to on a SW movie.
This time, Phantom Menace grew up a lot on me. I understand why Lucas choose to give us Anakin as a kid way more. Its makes his fall more tragic.
Sith is still the one I struggle most with.
yeah, i know and im super exited to dive into Sith and discuss it with you.
Im also super focused in this story. Not whatever comes next, but this trilogy. I dont think i have ever felt this way.

That's a great perspective to have for your rewatch.
I was thinking how hard was for Anakin and Obi Wan to lose Qui Gon.
In Attack Of The Clones, its clear they have a rocky relationship, based on a lot of competition and tense moments. They both love each other, but at the same time Obi Wan misses so much of whats happening with Anakin, he is completely out of the picture by the end of the movie.
yeah, i agree its pretty much what im saying. The importance of Qui-Gon death on Anakin.
Still, as Anakin is a creation of Palps, who really knows if he had his fate sealed already....but Obi Wan was more like a big brother for sure.
Also, it totally makes sense why Anakin hates the Jedi Order at the end; they really fucked him up. They wont allowed him to save his mom, do the stuff he wants, have a relationship.

They came and just took him.
To be fair, most Jedi have probably endured those same things.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

maybe, not sure really. He was a slave too, got a rough childhood. I think the Jedi Order failed him from the start.

The Order didn’t want him in the first place.
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

Alright, the rescue of Palpatine is wonderful. Looks great and both Ewan and Hyden are wonderful. Christopher Lee is a genius and McDiarmid rules so much in this movie.
