Bike is killing my legs and making my heart pump. Got a nice little track with two decent hills. 10 minutes per lap. There are some really good trails 5 minutes up the road. Need a helmet.

Lifting with the cheap ass bench set is fine, for the most part. I'm definitely gonna pinch one of my hands putting the bar back, one of these days. But just enough weight to make me sore the next day.

Home workouts have been okay. Been doing my kettlebell workouts with some long walks. I’m sure my neighbors loved seeing me doing farmer walks in the yard. Oh well.

Need to pick up a Swiss ball now.

I've been doing some of the at home video led workouts too. Biggest thing is actually doing them.

When our governor announced gyms would be part of the reopening I got an email from mine saying they plan to open on May 1.
I got a following email over the weekend saying that has been pushed back for at least another two weeks.

I hit the weights late last night after already having done my 12km run. Beastmode!

Does anyone have any advice on losing underarm fat? What kind of weight routine works well on that area?

Do some dips. Coffee table or chair will do, in these times of trouble.
