Interesting. How much can you notice the horseradish? I love horseradish. A bagel shop I used to go to had bacon horseradish cream cheese and it was really good. I don't eat bagels anymore.

It's noticeable, but not Chinese takeout yellow packet noticeable. It still has a strong yellow mustard taste. Perfect for ham and swiss, sausages, fried bologna, etc.

i’m not sure i have a preference...it’s definitely not something i have eaten regularly, but I’m planning on working it in more often

I haven’t had tuna in many years.
