Binaural was one of the only PJ records I heard out of chronological order; I started listening to PJ in the late, late 90s, but only heard Ten and (I think) Vs. I didn't pick up Binaural when it was released, but shortly afterward. It was a winner right away; it didn't really have to warm up for me the way it did for others (the only record where I've had that kind of feeling with was Riot Act). After Binaural, I picked up Vitalogy through Yield in that order, and was on board for Riot Act at the time of its release. I still pick up new things when listening to it, and it's been in my top 3 PJ records for a long time, now.
