What was with Scottie saying he was going to take a charge during the timeout at the end of Game 6? No way the refs call a charge with 5 seconds left in that situation!

I may be biased as a Jordan fan, but god damn The Last Dance was a 10/10. To top it off, when I heard the opening notes of Present Tense, I nearly teared up from all the nostalgia. Bravo

maybe not Krause, but Reinsdorf may have made it happen...but I’m thinking more purely from scottie’s perspective...was the bridge already burned?

They would have had to have given him something similar to that bag Houston did, which seems impossible given krauses desperation for a full rebuild. Scottie would have been scared to death of taking a one year deal at 33.

Man, I know they put a lot on Krause, but I can't help but pin a lot of the strife on Reinsdorf.

Owners in general in sports get off EASY in public. There aren't many, if any at all actually decent human beings, and they screw over the public repeatedly while hiding behind GM's and Commissioners.

Most of the strife with the Bulls seems to be that at least initially, one of the best players in the league in Pippin signed a long term deal he felt he needed to sign to help his family, and then when he vastly out played the deal, Reinsdorf wouldn't move on it, and Krause became the whipping boy.

Krause's flaw in this instance seems to be trying to find the next big thing (he's a GM duh), but, It doesn't get better than Phil Jackson and the Bulls core was really good, they probably win one more if they keep Horace Grant.


Reinsdorf talking about how he didn't want to be the Celtics of the 90's. Yeah, well the Celtics actually rebuilt....

If all these people in question could have just taken a few Phil Jackson Zen moments a lot of the personal stuff between ownership and the players was needlessly acerbic, Krause must have not been fun to deal with at all. they probably all could have won more, but still 6 is amazing.

The real music placement highlight was the song they played during the game 6 end sequence. I looked it up : Vengeance by Zack Hemsey. I was fucking shook during that whole segment. I don't even know how to describe what it was I was feeling/experiencing.
