Lucas should’ve made it where Anakin actually DID do something that caused her to die. The reason offered is fucking stupid and beyond all reasoning. We’ve all had someone break our hearts and we’ve all experienced periods of hopelessness so vast we don’t want to go on. But we don’t fucking die because of it. Just fucking beyond ridiculous.

So as it stands, dying caused her to die.

He did force choke her, and she was pregnant, something could easily have happened then.

Had that happened, the medical robots could have said, "She won't survive the injury ..."
