Oh god, I can't even remember some of them--and maybe plot holes isn't the right word, more like inconsistencies?--but I just remember having a sense of like, uhh, that doesn't work. There were lots of little things, like:VinylGuy wrote:I only saw the first ep of homecoming s2 and it was fine yeah, ill come back for sure. And Chris Cooper should get me more invested.Mickey wrote:We binged this in a weekend. Definitely not good--major plot holes!--but it's a fun world to be in for a bit.VinylGuy wrote:I ve been watching Upload. Its not a good series at all, but i got hooked. And i liked the overall view on apps and market.
Just started this tonight. First episode is slow but we made it through three and it's picking up. Monae is pretty good so far but I miss Bobby Cannavale being more involved.VinylGuy wrote:Homecoming S2.
I liked S1 enough but Esmail is not in this one....so, well see. Janelle Monae is starring so thats a big plus.
Upload was alright yeah...what are the plot holes?
- Spoiler: show

Oh yeah i agree. A lot of that stuff is just weird...at one point i didnt paid attention that much.Mickey wrote:Oh god, I can't even remember some of them--and maybe plot holes isn't the right word, more like inconsistencies?--but I just remember having a sense of like, uhh, that doesn't work. It didn't really detract from the experience because I already knew I wasn't watching a prestige drama--it's more just kind of fun way to explore, like you said, some of the apps/market/AI stuff. But it wasn't the most tightly written show.

Just finished The Leftovers.
Season 1 was pretty good. Season 2 was very good. Season 3 was one of the best seasons of television I've ever seen. (I'd include the last few episodes of Season 2 in that run of greatness.)
I love how crazy and weird and unpredictable it got. That shit was bonkers. And then the finale was perfect.

We just finished season one.tragabigzanda wrote:Finished Schitt’s Creek tonight. So great. The moment between David and Stevie sitting on the hood of the car got me choked up. This is going to be a comfort show like The Office I think.
