What a classic. Colin Farrell at its finest. Michael Mann, what a director. What he does here is just pure poetry.
Love this. Intend to rewatch it soon so I can listen to it on The Rewatchables.
Really? It’s actually good?
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

mm maybe? But its impossible not feel all this talent is wasted on this tired, formulaic shell of a movie. Really, it makes me angry.

Watched Thief a few months ago, still holds up.

Black Hat is bad!

Never saw Ali.

And wease — yes, Miami Vice is awesome. It’s Mann just having the purest fun he’s ever had.
I might revisit Heat and Collateral too, my favorites from him. And a rewatch of The Insider is coming too.

"The Influence"

Too boring to finish.

Thank you. I loved it. One of the best new movies I’ve seen in a long time.
Spoiler: show
I don’t mind people dying in a war movie, but would have liked Blake/Tommen to stick around longer. I liked the interaction between the two of them.
