I say just keep trying to push and break as much as you want.

probably whatever ends in the most total distance and most total running/walking time is best.

Aftershokz Air were 20 percent off today so I pulled the trigger on some bone phones. I got "canyon red" since only red and blue were on sale. I'm coming for ghosts ass if these don't satisfy me!

I did four miles today. Very humid out. Two weeks ago I was running my furnace.

It doesn't show my matched routes anymore either. So annoying.
I'm poking around on trailforks to see if it might be a good replacement.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

The message I got when I opened up Strava today was funny. They made it seem like they were doing me a big favor by putting a bunch of features behind the paywall. I think they used the phrase "you spoke, we listened."

It kind of reminds me of Spotify. There was a time where the free version was all you needed but eventually it was dismembered to the point where you had to give them the 9.99 for premium. Strava is so widely used though and I'm not sure how other apps with sync with Garmin.

You want the humidity to be up. Hottie will be in shorts with the possibility of lots of exposed skin above the waistline. All glistening with sweat.
