What the hell bro
Not a fan of that whole lilting acoustic vein of Jeff's songwriting: Nothingman, Low Light, Yellow Moon, etc.

Total snoozers.
You've listed one snoozer here
Yeah, but people seem to like Low Light in spite of that
Low Light sucks
Oh heavens no
Going to have to agree with wease on this one.

I like virtually everything the band did (to a greater or lesser degree) between 1990-1998, but Low Light is one of the worst songs from that period. Maybe even the worst! Who knows.

"Low Light" is obviously gorgeous and one of the best things they've ever done. I understand it's a little high-brow for the likes of SPENNO and WEASE

Lowlight was a real pleasure to hear live at Wrigley in 2018. A fine song.

It's legit one of my favorites. Like Jorge said, it's a gorgeous song. Still haven't ever gotten it live. But that's alright. The studio version is perfection and I can listen to it whenever I want.

I think it's okay live, but there is an emptiness compared to the studio version; it's one of PJ's few tracks for me where there's a wide gulf between the studio take and a live version from any era.

Keep telling yourself that. It won’t be true, but you’ll feel better.

NAIS and Smile. Both are personal faves and I've never seen either live. Smile's always had a spot in my top 5 PJ songs.

Unexpectedly got Low Light in Memphis 2014 - still one of my favorite versions (albeit that's a biased 'I was there' opinion :) ), but really liked the way he held/holds the last "see" until the song ends.
