This fucking ruled. Used this recipe as the basis for the sunchokes, added mushrooms and used basil instead of rosemary.

Wife's version of sweet and sour over thighs and legs. More like sweet with a kick. Definitely darker and a coat of cajun spices. Side of steamed veggies. You should be jealous.
