got the test kitchen going on this morning...egg is lit with a big chuck roast on it..*waits and drinks while the world goes to shit*

btw, this came out great....chopped it up and made sandwiches on kaiser rolls..reheated some the next day with melted provolone...giggidy

In a local magazine this month they feature a recipe for a salad with grilled chicken. In the photo spread the grilled chicken was most definitely still pink in the center. A bit raw yet. Amateurs.
