- The actual look of the console will be revealed
- Announcement of many current "free to play" games being available on Day One (ex. Fortnite, PUBG, CoD, etc.)
- A few more third party games will be shown (maybe 1-2 exclusives or timed exclusives)
- No details on backwards compatibility for non first party games
- No details on services
- Horizon 2 debut trailer with gameplay (early 2021 release date)
- New IP from a first party studio trailer
- Bloodborne 2
- Spider-Man 2 will be a launch game with full trailer and gamplay (to end presentation)
- no price or specific release date beyond Holiday 2020
-Skyrim, GTAV
I just assume Skyrim will be released on every console/platform until the end of time.

I would LOVE to see a Spider Man sequel at launch (not to mention an Horizon sequel in early 21), but I don't know if that's realistic. Unless the sequel's been in development for some time now, I find it hard to believe they could crank out a sequel within a matter of two years on brand new platform. More than happy to be proven wrong though.

They really do need to show us what this baby looks like, finally. I'll be a bit disappointed if don't at least get a glimpse of the platform itself

I think Horizon 2 is realistic as a “launch window” game. It came out the same time as Zelda and that’s going to be released within the next 12 months. I thought work on the Horizon sequel started immediately after all the DLC was released.

Believe you're right re the sequel development. Spider man would probably move more systems out the gate, not that Sony will have any problem with sales, unless they price the unit too highly again. A Horizon sequel is probably more likely.

I love Spider Man but what I'm really interested in is a God of War sequel, but I'm thinking that's likely a 2022ish release.

God of War will be something like 2022 or 2023

Could see it coming. Probably a good call, all things considered.

They have to do it before the Last of Us 2 release. They can own the next three weeks.

Yeah, that's right. It seems like the summer is wide open for Sony to dominate with three straight big things (Thursday's next gen reveal, LoU2, and Ghost). Exciting times!

We haven't seen a new, first party Sony game announced in two years. Thursday's event should be good.

Sounds like its not Spiderman but another Insomniac game being teased. Maybe a Ratchet and Clank sequel.

Ratchet and Clank seems like a great launch day title (family friendly, a technological showcase, and not too revolutionary). The remake they did a few years ago was a lot of fun.

I hope it’s a new Rachet and Clank and not just a remake or remaster.
