I have always been fully anti-gun and felt the US amendment to arm bears was fucking stupid. But if I understand it correctly the amendment was concerned with ensuring citizens could fight against the government should the government go rogue.

Pro 2A folks are in favor of minority gun ownership. Any increase in cultural relevance is a win.

I cant see how Mom's Demand or Brady are going to get any stronger after this current unpleasantness. There's a good number of formerly pro gun control folks figuring out the difficulties of buying a gun during lock down.
