Watched the first ep of the Middleditch and Schwartz improv show on Netflix.
So much fun! I love long form improv. So impressive.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Yep. Found it. There's more of your want to read the thread.
durdencommatyler wrote:The first is the least interesting of the three. It's a straight-up rom-com premise, tropes and all. Kendrick is great (duh!) and there's a lot to like about it. But it's nothing you haven't seen before. It's comfort food.VinylGuy wrote:I have the first from Love Life. Not expecting much though.durdencommatyler wrote:Watched the first three eps of Love Life on HBO Max. Good, not great but right up my alley and I'm enjoying the fuck out of it.
Also watched the first three eps of The Morning Show on Apple+. So much to talk about... ultimately, I'll keep watching but man I want it to be better. The stuff that is good about it is great though.

Now that we're taking again though, I'll say the second batch of dropped eps is much better than the first. The show continues to improve. Some great stuff in these last three eps.

You guys need to see Normal people.
It’s beautiful.
And do it Before it’s bought up and remade for US audiences.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
I've only watched the first two episodes. I was really hoping Ben Schwartz would be a bigger player. And Tawny Newsom is great so far. I don't know what else I've seen her in. I need to look it up.JuanHamm wrote:Yeah, it's OK. Needs more Ben Schwartz and Tawny Newsome.durdencommatyler wrote:Space Force is... not great.
