1lb pork 1lb beef (pref 80/20)
2 eggs
bread crumbs..i eyeball it but prob close to a cup or so
few splashes of milk
grated parm
some chopped basil
red chili flakes

mix it all with you hands and find the right kind of consistency..make into meatballs and brown on all sides in a pan but don't fully cook them..

have your sauce, however you make it ready to go in a dutch oven...add the meatballs to the sauce and put in an 350ish oven covered for around 40 minutes or so.....add more parm when done

We had zucchini with dinner last night, so I had it for lunch today too. I like it a lot, but I'm glad we're having tacos tonight.
