I've always been intimidated by making something with shrimp and doing all the shelling/deveining myself but tonight I finally said fuck it and made chili shrimp from scratch and it was delicious! I also saved all the shells to make shrimp stock for things like etoufee or shrimp & grits. Feeling pretty happy about it.

Tasted so good but I feel so gross this morning.
I told my girlfriend I wanted to eat healthy the other night, after twenty minutes of all other options being shut down we had chili dogs, burgers and malts. :(
