Yeah, I watched it too. It's only weird because the guy walking next to him as ZERO issues. If Trump was alone on the ramp, I wouldn't think twice. Before bed last night I reflexively checked Twitter, as I usually do, and my feed opened to the president tweeting about that ramp thing.
