Maybe not the right thread but a US F15 fighter ‘accidentally’ crashed off the north UK coast yesterday and the pilot died

You’ll never guess whose Fighter jets have to be chased from UK And Irish airspace literally all the time.

comrade back in action once again

funny how they repeat the idea in the article twice, that bounties for killing U.S. soldiers would 'hasten the U.S. retreat'

I saw that as attempting to bait the U.S. to escalate the war

then the USSR jumps in as peacekeepers and gives putin a PR boost and deepens their footprint in the coveted hellhole region of the world

Its unfair to expect them to do the emotional labor of listening to the Han work through their fragility. The Han need to do the work on their time.

Two US helicopters have been hit by ATGMs recently in Afghanistan, sounds like it might be a new thing. Does the Taliban have a new/ newly aggressive sponsor?

The ANA is already fucked with all the NODs the Taliban Red Forces have, and we're over it (outside of congress). Why try to escalate things now?

The feds are looking into US citizens who volunteered with the YPG in Syria.

US citizens can serve in foreign militaries, but militias don't count.

Specifically, any documented use of explosives will result in serious federal charges. It doesn't help that the YPG is designated a foreign terror organization.

This may just be intended to get leverage over these guys, who tend to be friendly with antifa.

from cnn:
The director of the general security directorate later said the blast was caused by confiscated "high explosive materials," but did not provide further details.

There is no way that is only fireworks.

There is any number of reasons why Iran, Saudi Arabia, or Isreal would feel compelled to do this to Lebanon. It's apparently where the nation's grain storage is held.
