The new album is basically trash. Very formulaic. I like that they made a huge effort with backing vocals but the instrumentation just isn't there for me this time around.

It's not holding up well for me as a whole already. I love Arabella, Do I Wanna, R U Mine, and No. 1 Party Anthem. I'd add Stop the World as well. Then it's a pretty steep drop. The rest of the songs aren't bad, but they are thin, and falsetto for the sake of falsetto isn't interesting. I have heard that many of the songs are not translating well live either. Too bad. As I posted earlier, I wish they'd do a fuzzy, crunchy rock album of songs like Evil Twin. I think they have it in them.
