my wife doesn't like onion, garlic, or smokey flavor (although she can tolerate garlic so long as it's cooked into something). i want to make a cold, summer salad, but most need onion or garlic for flavor. oh, and she's doesn't like olives, or capers, or strong-flavored cheeses like feta, or artichokes. and she's a vegetarian.
