I was listening on headphones again and I'm pretty sure it's "profound". You know how Science and religion conflict, Darwin..evolution..God and Adam and Eve. "Try to say that fossils ain't profound" is like saying, Here...fossils...proof that things didn't just start with a guy and a girl and an apple...try and dispute it when you can hold the proof in your hand. That's how I take it anyway.

In a hey hey its ok kinda way, that's what it reminded me of anyway. And that's kinda off putting beacause its really not, its basically saying 'that's cool, please go away'.
