Hillary Clinton’s seven day polling average was never more than 8 points ahead (and even that was a brief peak). She averaged only 4 points ahead.

Polling said her lead fell to just 3.3 points in the final weeks of the election, when the FBI news broke, and the final vote was Hillary +2.1. So it was...pretty on the nose?

i wonder how these polls take into account deliberate voter disenfranchisement efforts by the GOP

voters purged from rolls, voting machine won't work, someone pulled the fire alarm during the recount, etc

i figure there must be a hurdle rate of at least 4% to overcome those kinds of election day 'surprises'

Dunno if you guys missed this one or not, but the newly appointed Trump Post Master General (who has no background in the Postal Service, but is a million dollar Trump donor) is trying to save cost, by eliminating overtime... by withholding the mail. Putting mistrust in the post office ahead of an election.

Its unclear to me why the feds control 90% of Nevada, but I thought the solution to that was to give it back to the states and have them do what they want with it.

Selling it off to the benefit of the Federal government is a very Trumpy move.
