damn right...we've been grilling lots of peaches and nectarines..
Yeah this was great. We roasted the peaches for twenty minutes, (skin side down, halved and pitted with a bit of butter in each), then broiled for four, then a dollop of goat cheese and topped with honey and pink peppercorns. They were unreal.

last night we made jerk chicken with some rice and beans. it was amazing. not sure what's on deck for tonight.

Miso marinated halibut & some roasted broccoli with lemon zest. My girlfriend loved this shit and it was really easy. Would make again. Miso is becoming one of my favorite ingredients. Flavor city.
