i did 2 miles total jogging/walking at around 22:50, most of which in the pouring rain...it started to lightning so i drove home...when i got back it looked more clear so i did one more mile in 12:01 jogging/walking at a fairly moderate pace
Awesome

Went back at it today. Felt good but not great on the knees. I've been blaming my aches and pains on age and fatherhood but I wonder how much just has to do with all this concrete I run on.

Also, there's no way I actually ran a 8:10 pace this morning. That's really fast for me. I paused my fitness band on the portion that I walked but the GPS still logged the distance on the map. Does Strava factor that distance into my moving pace?

A little over a mile. Just wanted to make sure my knees and back aren't totally fucked. Also wanted to get a run in before a week of rain.
