Best chain restaurant French fries

Going to run a poll, but want to include as many as I can. Can't include things like in and out, etc. as they aren't national. But want to include more than fast food.

*edit, poll added. I'm not adding all of those white trash suburb places like applebees, etc. I added Chilis. If you really think one of those places has the best fries out there, vote for chilis so we can laugh at you. I think this is a pretty good sampling.
